THE THURSDAY CLUB is a regular ‘Drop In’ Centre for people who have had a brain haemorrhage or a stroke as a result of the haemorrhage and their families/carers, providing health and leisure opportunities, recreational and educational excursions, guest speakers, complimentary therapists and recreational activities for members and carers.
Our THURSDAY CLUB increases involvement with people who face barriers to participation as our members can be isolated from the community by their condition.
The THURSDAY CLUB is hosted in Oakerside Park Community Centre, every Thursday from 11am-3pm. The project also assists in creating healthier lifestyles for the brain haemorrhage/stroke community.
